Colombia Humanitaria y los nuevos gobernantes del Valle del Cauca reafirman su compromiso con las comunidades damnificadas por el Fenómeno de La Niña

Valle del Cauca, 20 ene 2012. Este lunes 23 de enero en Cali se realizará el primer taller del año entre los nuevos mandatarios del departamento del Valle del Cauca y Colombia Humanitaria, para realizar una jornada de empalme de los procesos que iniciaron los gobernantes salientes -y que ahora los actuales- deberán asumir y continuar. El objetivo de este encuentro es construir un esquema de trabajo conjunto con las nuevas autoridades locales, a partir de la puesta en común de la información relativa a los recursos asignados a los gobiernos departamentales y municipales, así como de los principios, procedimientos y retos que orientan la actuación de los gobiernos a nivel Nacional, Departamental y Municipal. Particular énfasis se hará en el posicionamiento de las soluciones para la ejecución de los recursos de infraestructura. Este Taller se desarrollará en las instalaciones de la Biblioteca Departamental, Jorge Garcés Borrero, Calle 5-24 A- 21 Cali, a partir de las 8:30 am. Por último a las 4:00 pm se realizará una rueda de prensa encabezada por el Gobernador del Valle del Cauca Héctor Fabio Useche de la Cruz, en la Biblioteca Departamental, para entregar las conclusiones del encuentro. Colombia Humanitaria y gobernantes locales entregan obras a la comunidad en Valle del Cauca En nombre del Gobierno Nacional, el Gerente de Colombia Humanitaria, Everardo Murillo Sánchez en compañía del Gobernador del Valle del Cauca, Héctor Fabio Useche de la Cruz, y los alcaldes de los municipios de Yumbo, Candelaria, y de la ciudad de Cali, entregan la Placa Humanitaria a la comunidad como un símbolo de la atención a la afectación ocasionada por el Fenómeno de La Niña 2010-2011. En una caravana partirá la comitiva por cada uno de estos municipios y hará la entrega oficial de las obras a los habitantes beneficiaros.

Madonna is a Super Bowl virgin no more.

After weeks of speculation, NBC and the NFL confirmed late Sunday that the pop superstar will headline the halftime show at Super Bowl XLVI on Feb. 5.

Madge — who will collaborate with the creative team from Cirque du Soleil to create what’s being billed as a “signature performance” — follows in the footsteps of, most recently, the Black Eyed Peas, The Who, Bruce Springsteen, Tom Petty and Prince.

MADONNA PERFORMING NEW SINGLE AT SUPER BOWL XLVI

To promote her 12th studio album, Madonna may be performing at Super Bowl XLVI. New song “Give Me All Your Love,” featuring MIA and Nicki Minaj, may be part of her setlist.

In an effort to make a musical comeback of sorts, Madonna is supposedly performing at Super Bowl XLVI, according to Madonnarama.com. At the Lucas Oil Stadium in Indianapolis on February 5, the singer may perform five songs – a new track and four classics. The new one is “Give Me All Your Love,” featuring Nicki Minaj and MIA and co-produced by Martin Solveig.

Supposedly, the performance will have intense choreography and will feature cheerleaders.

The Super Bowl performance, however, is not official and neither is a world tour, according to Madonna’s publicist. Responding to statements from a press release posted to Live Nation’s site about a 2012 world tour, her publicist toldthe press: "[T]here is nothing to confirm or deny at this time."

Madonna’s 12^th studio album is expected to be in stores byspring 2012, although no official date has been confirmed. “Give Me All Your Love” – supposedly the first single – will be out by February or March. While promoting her film W.E. at the Venice Film Festival recently, Madonna told the press: “I'm not sure [when the new record will be out] but the first single will be released in February or March.”

Recording began in early July and is expected to continue until the end of the year in New York. Several producers, including Ray of Light’s William Orbit, are signed on to work with the singer. Although no tracks – full or partially complete – have leaked, Orbit and manager Guy Oseary have given their opinions via Twitter. Roughly a month ago, Oseary tweeted: "The music is so goooooooood."

Orbit, on the other hand, posted a less direct message: “I hesitate to make a comment about anything musical, y’all might think is a cryptic tease. But will say: \o/\o/\o/\o/\o/\o/\o/”
